I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You need to be more specific here when you post your question. Feeling uncomfortable in front of strangers, known people, seniors, subordinates, colleagues etc almost all amounts to lack of self confidence. Lack of self confidence and apprehension amounts to anxiety related symptoms.
The best method to overcome this sort of problem is to take on the problem with vigour. Sometimes people feel uncomfortable to do this. For those, they can use psychotherapy techniques like Behavioral Therapy and systematic desensitization.
Close your eyes, come to a hypnosis (trance) situation and imagine that you are feeling comfortable in front of a stranger or a crowd etc. Do it thrice a day and you shall overcome the problem.
For more psychotherapy techniques, You can post a direct question to me in this website. Include every detail as much as you can. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques to control your condition. I am sure that the techniques should be a success.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
