Hi i have a problem on my low back for over 3-4 months.......now i have taken MRI scan in which it shows that i have a problem degenerated seen in bilateral l4-l5 facetal joints.......my reading show that l4-l5 are 7mm and l5-s1 are 6mm.......now the problem is when i sit down and wake up there is pain for about 2-3 mins.......and after that when i bent my back i get pain throughtout my legs........what is the solution for this problem?
