Suggest Remedy For Back Pain Especially During Indigestion

dear doctor i am 22 years old guy i am getting back pain, not regularly but i observed that i am getting pain when there is indigestion.two yers back i met with an accident and and fell down directly on my waist but i ignored the pain then. the same pain i can notice when there is indigestion. can you please suggest the remidies diagonising the cause.

Its tramatic back pain due to injury....u have to avoid forward bending..need to take multi vitamin and calcium..dont run and avoid prolong setting.. using lumba sacral belt..u can also contact to physiotherapist...
