Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A year ago I had an urinary tract infection and along with that came lower left side back pain. After that was treated, the back pain remained but only barely and never bothered me. Now I am having severe back pain on left side but no urinary problems, no muscle strain either. Any ideas whats going on?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is chronic backache then the underlying cause need to be found out because treating the symptoms for a longer than enough time is not advisable and in my opinion the MRI test is advisable, mean while you can try, "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" take care and have a nice day.
