Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bloating after eating. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like constipation, inadequate roughage in diet, irritable bowel syndrome , intolerance to dairy products or other food items , eating too fast , overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel , giardiasis or some medications. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid food like dairy products. You should drink warm water and do light exercises and eat light and non spicy food. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory. You should avoid intake of outside food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
