Suggest Remedy For Bloating And Constipation Post Periods

I am experiencing bloating and constipation, I am in denial that it is pregnancy since I have had my period in the last three weeks. The symptoms started right after my period, when I eat my stomach bloats and I cannot use the bathroom; the next day I am not bloated and my stomach is flat.

I read your query carefully.
These are not specific signs of pregnancy and there is no overdue of your menstural cycle as well.
You should improve your dietry habits.
1- Do not Drink too much water with meal.
2- Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day.
3- Do not take late night junk or fast food.
4- Take your Dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed.
5- Take healthy balanced diet.
6- Add fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
7- Take antacid after every meal.
