General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are suggestive of intestine infection with altered gut flora mechanics.

Primary guidelines for better recovery are:
- Drink more liquids.
- Consume easily digestible food stuffs.
- Avoid all spices, non-veg.
- Get prescription of proton pump inhibitor, GI specific antibiotic, pro biotic with lacto bacillus to recover faster.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
