Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome, and thanks for sharing your concern
I went through your query, and I feel, the first thing to rule out in a foot rash is fungal infection, which are common here due to constant moisture that occurs. get a KOH mount done of your skin and a biopsy of the lesion to be sure of the diagnosis, empirical use of steroids, and aggravate the symptoms and make it more aggressive and difficult to treat.
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
