Suggest Remedy For Bout Of Sneezing And Coughing At Night

Hi, I wake up around the same time every night 3-5am and have an annoying sneezing fit, followed by contstant blowing of my nose. I suffer from Asthma, eczema and allergies. Its now becoming a real nuisance and i am constantly tired. I occasionally sneeze and blow my nose during the day but the evenings/ early mornings are the worst. Can anyone please give me some advice?

Usually Asthama and allergic symptoms appear during early morning when the cortisol level in the body is less. You can take the combination of the tablet Montelukast 4 mg with Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 2.5mg everyday for a month. If improvement is seen, you may continue it alternate days or once in 3 days. You can stop this drug during dry weather conditions. But in rainy season and winter, you have to restart it again.
