Suggest Remedy For Bump On The Nose Caused By Piercing

I got my nose pierced on 25th december 2010, with a piercing gun and a silver stud from an experienced piercer, I experienced no pain or discomfort and my piercing was healing normally until beginning of march. In march i noticed a small nose bump around my piercing, I went to the piercer and he advised me to follow warm sea salt soaks twice a day and it helped as pus was coming out and my bump was shrinking. From the 25-26th may 2011 i realised the bump was not reducing but instead it was increasing in size, now its almost 4-5 times the size of my stud, I haven't had any changes in the sea salt regime or salt concentration and since 25-26th there has been no pus coming out, instead bump has increased drastically in size.I always wash my hands thoroughly before touching my piercing and don't clean the piercing with towel and haven't used any makeup since.I've had 4 ear piercings before and i've never faced a complication or there has never been a reaction to any metal before. Please help!
