Suggest Remedy For Burning, Itchy And Spreading Rashes On Body Of A Teenager

Hi my 14 year old daughter has a rash that started over a week ago on her stomach area. Since then it has spread to her legs, back, arms, neck and chest. They burn and itch. Took her to her doctor but they didn t know what it was. They gave her Benadryl for the itching but it s not working. It s gotten worst

You may need to take her to a dermatologist for assessment.

The most common cause for a painful itchy rash is chicken pox but this is normally easily identifiable.

Calamine lotion may help with itching along with the antihistamine and she can use a pain killer to help with the discomfort.
