Suggest Remedy For Burning, Painful And Tender Abdomen Post Bouts Of Cough

Hi I really need some advice I m just getting over a very bad flu or cold and along with it I developed a very bad cough and I really put a very bad strain on my stomach now I m finding my self in a lot of pain I coughed so hard yesterday that it brought tears to my eyes and now I have a burning sensation in my abdomen and it is very tender to the touch and it hurts to move a certain way it actually feels like I tore something it s very painful please I need some advice. I m sorry I am unemployed right now and have no income sorry I bothered you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection ideally this does not need any specific treatment but it can be well managed with conservative line of treatment and this includes, "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" with pseudoephedrine" once in day, drink more water, have some hot drinks, and hot shower too, everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
