Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation And Pain In Back After Injury

Hi, i had a fall two days ago, and I landed horizontally with my my face pushed backwards and really hurt my neck/shoulders/back.. last night when I went to bed my back felt like it was burning and has been aching since.. today I ive been having really bad stomach cramps when I move a certain way, is any of this related is it worth seeing my gp? Im not able to do much atm, the pain is making me vomit.

I really appreciate your concern, it this is the history of fall and x-ray not being done then it is advisable to get it done just to rule out the fracture, else injury might have caused the soft tissue inflammation and it can be well managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, healing is process and it may take some time, for the vomiting "Tab Domperidone 30 mg" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
