Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation Between Legs And Groin

Back on March 2011 I had a prostate biopsy and after I started filling like a burning sensation between my legs and the ingroin, the dermatologist has prescribed different cream and finally I changed dermatologist and as soon as he saw me he told me that I had a pinch nerve on my S2 nerve due to the biopsy and prescribed Fluocinonide Cream USP, 0.05%, I can not be on the heat. Do you think it make sense what the doctor told me and can I use something else. Thanks very much
