Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain burning tongue can occur as a result of
burning mouth syndrome..
The other symptoms that you described like pain and sores it seems that you have a
dry mouth leading to burning mouth syndrome and burning sensation of tongue can occur as a result of burning mouth syndrome..
As you know that anything under the experimental stage can turn out to be some failure and in case of drugs it can be something harmful which is proved when the experiment reaches the conclusive stage, so until the product is not medically certified and recommended the intake should not be done..
There are a large number of alcoholic and non alcoholic mouth washes available that can be used but anything under experimental stage should not be used and i would ask you not to use if im your treating physician..
I would suggest you to consult an oral pathologist and get evaluated for the cause of burning tongue .
In case it is due to dry mouth the underlying cause of dry mouth like Yeast infection,
diabetes any medication,allergies,
salivary gland infections and obstructions etc should be ruled out and treated..
You can take saliva stimulator like sour candy or sugar free chewing gums etc to stimulate salivary flow..
Artificial salivary agents can be taken to lubricate the mouth..
Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration and prevent drying of mouth..
Hope your query is solved..
