Patient Md. Taj-ul-Islam from Bangladesh is suffering from pain in the left arm and cannot lift much, plus feels the arm to be heavy. He also sleeps less for a month, 0.5 hr at a stance, feels uneasy and changes sleeping direction. Even he has difficulty while walking from the knee till toe. He also suffers from Diabetes from the last 16-17 years but is well maintained by regular exercise & medicine (Demerol) as prescribed by the physician. His blood pressure level also fluctuates both high and low for which he consumes Osertil from last one year. His problems are increasing day by day with additional issues adding in the list. He nowadays talks less as it has also become painful to him in addition to the fact that he also faces hurdles chewing his foods.

Mr. Islam has suddenly discovered his recent problems from the mid of last year when he felt drowsy during dawn. After being examined by Prof. Dr. Anwar Ullah, a minor brain stoke has said to be detected during his nap or movement. Taking his prescribed medicines for 3 months no betterment was felt and he was taken to Dr. Din Mohammed. As detected by the doctor about his early symptoms of not being able to walk properly and facing hurdle in the movement of neck (which was later cured), he questioned if Mr. Islam can feel from which part of the body the pain raises. Unable to detect the source, Mr. Islam informed about a buzz on the right side of his head besides feeling heaviness f the body while feeling lightness in the left part of the body.
