ii am diabetic kidney problem also , on dialysis recently started some times iget chest discomfot ,heavy ness difficult to sleep recentlly doctor put me on heart medicines clopiltab tonact20mg nikostar5mg and imdur 30mg.i noticed that with acid and gas medicines pan40 and nausifer. ifeel ihave not heart problem. iwant to discotinue heart med. my ecg,2d echo tmt for my age 76 yrs ok. pl advise. dbsingh,76 yrs. 51 kg

Diabetic patient on dialysis (end stage kidney disease) is always at risk of heart diseases. So you need too take heart medicines for prophylaxis to prevent heart diseases in future. If you stop heart medicines, possibility of development of heart disease in future is high. So don't stop heart medicines despite of normal ecg, 2d echo and other reports.
