Hi,

As you already having GERD and you have taken Tylenol and Aspirin which has further aggravated your GERD and NSAIDS induced gastritis. I would advise you to take anti-acidity medicine like Pantoprazole or Ranitidine group of drugs with antacids and antiemetic like Domperidone or Ondansatron for vomiting sensation.

In addition to drugs I would advise you for certain lifestyle and dietary modifications to prevent GERD. You should take small and frequent meals, avoid overeating. You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated beverages. Don't lie down immediately after taking meal. Avoid drinking and smoking.

For headache if it's a recurrent problem than I would advise you for certain investigations like recording of blood pressure, blood sugar, CBC and MRI/MRV to find out underlying cause and subsequently it's treatment.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask for follow up question I will be happy to help you.

Best wishes,
Dr. B R Hudda
