Hello Welcome to HCM I understand your concerns.The medications you are taking are prescribed for gastritis. As your symptoms of chest pain have not come down with these medications,i would advice you to undergo ECG to rule out any cardiac problem.
Also you should take an chest x.ray to rule out chest infections like pneumonia after consulting your doctor. Hope you are happy with the answer. Thank you
