Suggest Remedy For Chest Pains
my friend was told he has a widow maker heart. Is there a cure for this type of defect or is he doomed to die. He said he has chest pains today,but according to him, he has been told there is no cure and he's going to die. I told him to get a second opinion but he said "there's no use"?

It is very very uncommon.
It is not able to treat by drugs.
Only option is heart transplantation.
So in my opinion, he should consult transplant surgeon and discuss about heart transplantation.
