Suggest Remedy For Chronic Abdominal Pain With Bloating

My wife having Gastric Problem since10 years. Recently she having pain in sto mach and stomach always bulging (Like 4 month baby perganenancy). Due to the reason she is not able to take any food. If she is taking any food she is vomiting. Could you please give any solution

Hello,

Let me tell you that symptoms described by you may be due to intestinal obstruction, gastroparesis, constipation. Bloating can usually be safely treated at home. Some options that may help include:
- Over-the-counter medications, including antacids or bismuth salicylate
- Applying a heat pad to the stomach
- Drinking water
- Eating peppermint
- Drinking carbonated water
- Taking a laxative to relieve constipation
