Suggest Remedy For Chronic Back Pain With Severe Muscle Spasm

my son is 16 and has chronic back pain( started complaining about 6 years ago) with horrible muscle spasm that twist his spine out of alignment, he also has migraines and cyclic vomiting syndrome. Recently was diagnosed with RSD. We cant find any one to answer any questions or help with the pain any suggestions

reflex sympathetic dystrophy is one type of complex regional pain syndrome , the syndrome is describe by patient a s burning type pain, tenderness and swelling of extremity on exposure of various degree of sweating, warmth , cold . there are many events which can triggering the RDS like injury, shingles , surgery , degenerative arthritis of neck . ect. treatment consist of pain killers, gradual excer, cold moist application on the affected area can give relief from burning pain sensation and also in sever pain ganglion block be beneficial.
vomiting and migraine can be stress induced . Also check for his BP, and also chances of degenerative arthritis of neck can lead to such problem.
