Suggest Remedy For Chronic Migraine With Sleeplessness

I am on day 8 of proponolol (80ml) for possible migraines that have lasted for 8 weeks every day. My severity of pain is dramatically reduced but I am now on day 5 of less than 1hr of sleep per night. what is better pain medication and never ending migraines or no sleep?
