Suggest Remedy For Cold, Sore Throat, Pain In Ear With Red Colour Puss
hi i am in china with my daughter and she has had a cold and sore throat, and now her ears ache, last night it was very painful so gave a hot water bottle and this morning she has puss which was red in colour. i have bought some ear drop from the local chemist which is lomefloxacin hydrochloride which i have used on her, it was burning her for approx 30 sec but has stop. i was a little concern about the red colour puss. what shoul i do?
The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to an ear infection. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Tylenol in case of pain. I also suggest using warm compresses for local application at the ear area. I suggest to continue using the ear drops with antibiotic. If the symptoms continue, you may need oral antibiotics.
