Suggest Remedy For Congested Sinus, Blowing Nose, Itchy Eyes With No Help From Antihistamines
Hi, I have a sinus thing going on for more than a year. I live in a cold climate, have taken all rugs out of my house. Have just laminate flooring and leather furniture. My sinuses continue to feel congested. Blowing my nose constantly. I also have very itchy eyes and skin. I take a anithisimine but it seems to only work sometimes. I am so tired of this.

It appears that you have sinusitis of the more bones,mastoid, frontal,etc.the other cause may be the eosinophelia.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have C.T.scan for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime,phenylephrine hydrchloride,levocitrizine,etc.
Take more of green leafy vegetables,pulses,sprouts,and protein rich foods to have blood,general health and resistance against infections.

1.Steam Inhalation with Vapo caps
2.Oral Antibiotics
3.Combination of antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers like montelucast.
4.Frequent washing of eyes
5.Maintain proper personnel hygiene.
Symptoms will improve this but you require prescription to get some of the medicines.
