I have had cramping or sharp pain in my heart off and on a couple of years after going to a cardiolagist whom only found a small leak in a valve and said not to worry that it was mainly stress. I was already taking medicine for stress. xanax. Since then I would have a really sharp pain in my chest that brings me to my knees but it always went away. Now it's mild cramp like pain that don't really go away and it makes my heart feel like it's missing beats and wakes me up at night. I already take, Cardura and Tenormin each morning but I have Lupus and thought it may be caused ffrom that. My dr's didn't think it was anything to worry about but it hurts pretty bad. I'm scared to go back again and tell them I think I'm having a heart attack. I have no medical insurance and live off barely enough to eat. No medicade or medicare. 59 years of age and female. 105 lbs and about 5'2. I don't know what to do and am scared I could die in my sleep or wake up wikth those cramps again and not make it way to town. I don't know what to do. I don't know what else could cause this and I thought a heart attack would come all at once with not much warning. I don't even know if you can answer this but I sure need some advice please!
