Suggest Remedy For Cramps In Hip
Since four days I am having severe cramp pain from my left hip all through my left leg and left foot. Photo f taken are not giving any signs of hip or spine problems. I can not walk. I x=cannot stand straiht up neither can I sleep with my left leg streched out. The doctor is thinking od an accute hernia or nerve infection. Do this symptons seem familiar to you. Pls inform. Up to now I am taking valium 10 mg once a day and a painkiller in capsules and injection once a day.

Hello,
You may want to try 300 mg of Magnesium for six weeks. That should help to relax your muscles. You can also take 200mg of Calcium and 50mg of Zinc on top.
