Suggest Remedy For Cuts In The Penis
I am a 28 year old male, I am 6'0ft and 180lbs. I am in very good health. I am uncircumcised. My girlfriend and I had sex without condoms/lubes and now my penis developed cuts from being dry. I have been using ointment on the cuts but it seems that the cuts have gotten worse and they have multiplied. Almost looking like an infection.

It could be a fungal infection. You could try antifungal cream and if it does not help contact your doctor for antibiotics prescription and possibly oral antifungal capsules.
