Suggest Remedy For Decreased Blood Flow In The Uterus And Placenta

Hi doctor, I am now 15 weeks pregnant and have been diagnose with low blood flow to my fetus, the Doppler scan shows that my blood flow to fetus is as if I am not pregnant. I was being put on 100mg aspirin daily for now. May I know how is it possible to increase blood flow to my placenta? By exercising does it helps?
