I have some suggestions for you to have natural sleep. Avoid daytime naps. Dont take fatty meals in dinner. Avoid tea coffee alcohol in evening. Practice deep breathing and meditation to keep mind calm. Drink a glass of warm milk at bedtime. Ensure adequate exposure to light in daytime. Associate your bed with sleep only. Donot keep lying on bed idly.
Hope this helps.
