Avoid daytime naps.
Dont take fatty meals in dinner.
Avoid tea coffee alcohol in evening.
Practice deep breathing and meditation to keep mind calm.
Drink a glass of warm milk at bedtime.
Ensure adequate exposure to light in daytime.
Associate your bed with sleep only. Donot keep lying on bed idly.
