Suggest Remedy For Dizziness Migraine & Labrynthitis

My 14yr old has been complaining of dizziness and nausea since sunday. We saw pediatrician, Who gave the same possibilities I already thought of...migraine, labrynthitis, dehydration, or viral/bacterial ear infection. She hastaken Amoxicillin since Tues. No improvement. She says it is getting worse. She just sits with her eyes covered, not even on facebook. Fluids, hydration, decongestants, and rest have not helped. Se has missed 3 days of school, yesterday the nurse called me all day. What can I do to reduce symptoms and resolv issue?

HI
Well come to HCM
It is very early to say something about the migraine and labyrinthitis because of the age of patient because at the age of 14 years this is very less likely, but some time this could be possible due to menarche, in my opinion just wait for some time, support her morally, encourage her, make her sure that every thing is okay, second this could be viral infection, have a nice day.
