Suggest Remedy For Dull Looking Eyes Due To Dry Eye Syndrome
I have severe dry eye syndrome caused by sjogrens, hypothyroism, and severe RA. This has caused my eyes to appear swollen, especially in the mornings, and add years to my age of 59. I exercise five times a week, my weight is 114 pounds for my 5'2" slender frame, and otherwise look youthful. Due to my medical conditions, I was told I am not a candidate for cosmetic surgery or blepharoplasty. My eyes at one time were my greatest feature and now they look old, tired, and worn out. Any suggestions?

It seems from the history that you are having dry eye.
This requires treatment by the use of artificial tears eye drops. Preservative free artficial tears eye drops should be preferred.
If the condition is not responding to artificial tears you require to use drugs like steroids, cyclosporine or tear plugs.
