Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to Meniere's disease. For this reason, I recommend performing a brain CT scan in order to exclude other possible inner ear disorders and start taking dimenhydrinate or meclizine, which can help improve the vertigo.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
