Suggest Remedy For Ear Problem

Hi, I went to my doctor about 10 days ago and his assistant cleaned my ear out with a device that sprays water into your ear ,, it reminded me of a water pick.. she did the cleaning twice because she said she couldnt get a little piece of wax out.. the second time she kept it in my ear for a longer time and she was moving the narrow instrument in a circular motion with pressure,, I told her to stop! My ear stayed plugged for about 5 minutes , I felt like I was under water , anyway when my ear popped but I couldnt hear as well it still felt plugged. within the next few days my ear was slightly plugged and there was a very little bit of blood that came out of my ear with wax. Now there is no blood but I have a rumbling sound in my ear especially when i lay down and it seems to be getting worse especailly after I wash my hair probably because water gets in my ear when I wash my hair, Did she damage my ear drum? I worried.
