Suggest Remedy For Ear Problem
Hello I held my nose and blew because my ear was blocked, now the other ear ( the one that was not bothering me) is not blocked and I am dizzy and do not feel well. I have been taking sinutab and the dr. put me on some antibiotics yesterday. Did I do any major damge to the other ear as it hurts also. Thank you.

There is just a change in the pressure. There is no reason to panic. I would just recommend having some rest and using local nasal drops (decongestant).
