My husband and I are having dificulty in bedroom. When he reaches that moment nothing comes out. Sometimes when we finally do get it to release he said its like breaking thrust a blockage. Discomforting to him to start then slight pleasure. Now he discovered a significant amount of seaman came out during urinating and bowel movement. Help please

u should consult urosurgeon ..radiological investigation need to be done if there is any fistula or abnormal connection between d passages...
