Please tell me the solution of left kidney is all right and stone is not shown in but right kidney have a problem result shown right kidney size upper limit of normal with fullness seen in the collecting system ? infection normal left kidney and urinary bladder.

this can be congenital PUJ obstruction. this may require surgical correction depending on the severity of obstruction, split renal function. before hand do a diuretic IVP or renogram
