I have damage to my corpus spongiosum from a urethra accident. I believe it is causing erectile disfunction as no blood can get to the corpusncavernism. The sponge ism would be usually plump and full of blood before this accident now it lies flat with no blood flow
There are medications which can increase blood flow to the penis. But a confirmation of diagnosis is needed. However, a physical exam is required to prescribe such medications as there can be side effects as well.
