Hello I have 2 issues i would like help with: eyes and congestion blockage I suffer with eye ache after using a sunbed later that night and the day after. I always wear goggles and have even put an eyemask over the goggles too but to no avail. They eyes feel dry and although i suffer with this sometimes my eye drops don t bring relief. The eyes look as if i ve not woken up properly and are ache i feel tierd and have sinus headaches and don t like bright light. Eyes have been tested every 2 years. Can you help? Female age 46 with eyes i have medical history of dry eyes and conjunctivitus occuring quite frequently. I use sodium chromoglate or sodium hydralate eye drops and fulthsomatic acid eye cream for conjunctivitus which i have spares of on prescription. i do suffer with a blocked e tube with sinus s where i get bad headaches and painful ears, i have tried any number of sinus sprays even ones for 3 months at a time to see results but they don t help decongestion tablets from morrisons help but i am tierd of having to take the tablets each day. The only success i have had for the congestion is with Ephedrine nasal Drops for short term use over 3 to 5 days it clears but does come back.
