Suggest Remedy For Eye Problem

I had a chalazion in January of 2011. It did go away, but it has left an extra flap of skin under the lid that irritates my eye; every morning I wake up with my eye clouded over. Does this have to be removed surgically, or will it go away in time? I'm willing to be patient if there is a chance it will go away on its own. My eye doctor gave me steroid ointment, but told me to stop using it after a month. It seemed to shrink the tissue while I was using it, but now the problem is back.

chalazion is always to be resected. it will not go away by its own. so it appears it was there only. so get it examined and if it is approaching pupil then it can be resected. there is notreatmentfor it.
