Suggest Remedy For Fatigue And Severe Headache

i have been feeling fatigue sleeping more pain in right knee severe headache on right side of temple and sweating profusely but i cant get fevers i had encyphelitis at age 2 and never had a gever after that but the sweating for no reason is making me think i have a fever ive been misdiagnosed in the past because of no fever symptons and then end up getting rushed to a hospital with osteomiltis 6 weeks i suffered because i dont get fevers even when im really sick

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue and severe headache, well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons but it seems to me that these symptoms probably occur due to impaired immunity of your body and underlying systemic pathology. need not to worry. I would suggest you to take paracetamol for fever and headache. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test , and viral culture test to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Take tepid sponging if it is severe headache.
