Hello Welcome to HCM False positive results are more with widal test so please re conform the test and if titer is still high than stamp as positive. For fever, take paracetamol 500mg. I will advise cefixime +ofloxacine combination for 2 weeks and for prevention of recurrence Azithromycin 500mg for 5 days. Fever will disappear within 3-5 days of this combination but still continue for 2 weeks. If diarrhea, use ORS solution as much as you drink. For vomiting, take domperidone. Take liquid diet and juice for early recovery. Avoid spicy and oily diet. When recovery starts, eat energy and protein dense diet like rice and curd, porridge. You can use fruit juice and milk also.
