Suggest Remedy For Fractured Sesamoid
Hi I have a fractured sesamoid by family genetics but it has been bothering me for over 3 months now. I am going to the podiatry and been but in a medical walking boot but doesnt seem to be healing. So i was wonder would surgery help even if it was fractured by genetics

A fracture of sesamoid bone usually does not need surgical repair. This heals on conservative treatment. You can continue with the boot and rest.
