Suggest Remedy For Gastritis

hello Dr. I have been taking drugs (ESO KIT) for the last 7 days. Ay first, the burning from within my stomach stopped. this last two days the burning is back again. does that mean the drug didn't work for me?
I was diagnosed with gastritis and duodenal ulcer in November, 2009

I had gone through the history given here, the burning sensation could be due to heart burn and it is also called the hyper acidity if this is not be infection then the given medicine will not give any result.
I treat the patients those are coming to me with same kind of complaints with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor )and the best drug is Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time only continue this up to five weeks
Advise:- Avoid taking heavy meal, spicy, greasy meal, try to come out of the stress if you ever have it.
