Suggest Remedy For Hair Loss And Insomnia When Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism

I ve been suffering from hypothyroidism for about 2 yrs. I ve been taking Armour 90mg, magnesium oxide400mg and B-12 injections. I m still experiencing a lot of the symptoms, such as forgetting everything, hair loss and NO SLEEP. I ve just got my last CBC test results and my neutrophil % was 47.8.( down 13) and my lymphocyte was 44 ( up 13) with my MPV 11.1. Can you tell me if I should be concerned or could this be caused by my extreme thyroid side effects?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the hair loss seems to be in concern with alterations in thyroid hormone synthesis, release and availability at peripheral tissues for controlling various systemic functions.

* However , further comments regarding the same would be most appropriate once you provide current and previous thyroid hormone status for better clinical co relation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
