I have pure autonomic failure. I am 26 years old, female, 170 lbs and 5'10". I have a lot of scalp pain and hair loss. Thyroid has been checked and is normal. what can be done about the hair loss, and could it be part of the autonomic failure? I also have a long QT interval and wonder if it is related to the PAF or if it is separate.
