Suggest Remedy For Head Pain, Dizziness And Numbness In Hand After Head Injury
hello i am 19 years old. yesterday i fel down on the floor and the back of my head hit really and i feel pain of my head and dizzy. after a minutes my hands kinda feel numb. and then my face and my foot. and i got chill. but i do not vomiting. what do you think is better for me?

Your symptoms sound concerning for a concussion, which is a brain bruise
It can cause headache, nausea, vomiting, foggy thinking, dizziness, etc.
In your situation if you did not pass out, are not vomiting, and are acting correctly then most likely you don't need a picture of your head called a CT scan
I am concerned about the numbness in your hands. If still have the numbness and any neck pain at all I would go to the emergency room and be seen. If you had those symptoms and came to see me in the emergency room I would order a CT scan, fancy xray, of your neck to make sure there weren't any fractures and if you still have numbness a MRI to make sure there is no damage to the spinal cord
