Suggest Remedy For Headache With High Blodd Pressure

I feel horrible. I have been getting head rushes and I am weak. I have a constant headache and am nauseous. My blood pressure it normally low, but recently it has been higher. Right now it is 111/86. I am a 22 year old female, I weigh 130 pounds and am 5'1

Lethargy, continuous headaches and nausea can be due to tension headache in your case. migraine is a distant possibility. Try taking naproxen for 3-4 days regularly.If headache attacks are recurrent you will require prophylactic medicines like S-citalopram or tryptomer. Try to relax by doing morning walk, meditation or yoga.
Pls show to a pain physician or neurologist for proper history and examination to come to correct diagnosis
