Suggest Remedy For Headache
Hi, i am having pain in back of my head just behind the both ears, sometimes it is high - sometimes low, when i move my head side ways it is increasing. I took two nimesulide nicip tablets from past two days, after taking the tablet until 8 hours no pain, but after 8 hours pain is getting back. what may be the cause and how to avoid the headache?

Well come to HCM
Chances of sinusitis is very likely and this need to be ruled out till then condition can be treated with following medicines
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed
3) Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days
