Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Stiffness In The Neck

Hi.....my daugher fell and hit the back of her head about 44 hours ago. At the time, she immediately got a headache and her right hand was shaking uncontrollably for about 2 minutes. Ibuprofen got rid of the headache and she had no nausea, dizziness or any other adverse reaction. About 36 hours later she developed another low-grade headache and her neck has felt stiff and sore since about 24 hours post-injury. I am just wondering if I should have her checked by a physician or if this is all normal. At time time of injury, a nurse was on site and checked her and determined she was ok....and she was monitored for the next 24 hours and seemed fine. Thank you.....Neurotic Mother :)
